Whether or not your squat has proper form, you may experience some….um…uh… flatulence when you’re at the bottom of your squat, and that’s okay. When your body is under the stress of a heavy load, sometimes it’s just going to rip. Just think of it as a jet pack boosting you up out of that squat!
