Last Chance!

Alright, this is the last time that will be bugging you about our unbroken hearts competition. If you are still lacking a SWOLEmate to partner up with then you better get on your horse and get texting, emailing or creepin someone on facebook. Don't really be a creep, you know what I mean. As I said yesterday...this is going to be a blast!

I'm done with that now, I promise. The workout today is our first Hero WOD in quite a while. It will be one of the tougher ones that we will do for a long time. When you get into the 3rd and 4th rounds just remember why they are called Hero WODs in the first place and power through it. Ssgt Davis was a Combat Controller in the Air Force and if you have never heard of that career before then you should take a minute and look up what it is. They are a bunch of bad asses. RIP Ssgt Davis.

"In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J."

We will be hitting some quick technique work today then it will be right to the WOD so make sure you bring your game face and drink plenty of water before and after this WOD.

DT- 5 rounds for time

12 Deadlift 155/105

9 Hang Power Clean 155/105

6 Push Jerk 155/105

"The soldiers that didn't come back were the heroes. It's a roll of the dice. If a bullet has your name on it, you're a hero. If you hear a bullet go by, you're a survivor."
Bob Feller
