The next tab in your 7VCF Success Journal is for keeping CrossFit Journal articles. Don’t know what I’m talking about? Crawl out from under your reddit rock and start reading some quality literature!

Here’s one favorite article that you def. need to read and save somewhere. Oh, how about in the section for CrossFit Journal articles in your 7VCF Success Journal? Perfect.

This is also fitting, considering ya’ll are in a round of squat therapy. If we were really strict coaches, we’d stick to the CrossFit quote in here about not letting you do any weighted squatting until all faults are remedied! Boy, that would be a drag, wouldn’t it?

If you haven’t yet, mosey on over to the crossfit main site and browse through their journal articles. Keep the ones you like, save ‘em, re-read ‘em. Put 'em in your Success Journal. That’s what the cool kids do.
