If you are looking for a more productive way to spend some of your spare time, you have come to the right place! I know that cat videos are awesome, Netflix is great and Facebook is super awesome and not stupid at all but I will give you some tools that you can use to your advantage. Just click on the highlighted title to move to the linked website.
1) The CrossFit FAQ Section
This is a great place to start. You should definitely take a look at this, even if you have already done this is the past. It is a simple tool and they do a great job of clarifying things that you might have questions about. Be careful though, you could get stuck here for hours.
2) The CrossFit Journal
If you know me, then you know that I incessantly talk about the journal. If you spend any time on the FAQ section on the main site then you will probably make your way there eventually. Just do yourself a favor and head there now. Its free and there are literally thousands of articles to read and videos to watch.
3)CrossFit YouTube Channel
If you don't have time to hunt around on the Journal site, just hop on their YouTube Channel. You can watch all the cat videos you want and then watch Matt Fraser eat his nightly bowl of Ben & Jerrys after he Snatches 315.
4) Rogue Fitness
It's no secret that we love Rogue products here at 7VCF. If you click on the link above it will bring you to a page where you can look at their wrist wraps. You don't have to spend a ton of money on here (unless of course you drank the cool aid, then you should buy EVERYTHING!) but I would suggest getting a set or wrist wraps and a jump rope. Your Coach can help you size the rope.
5) CrossFit Games Site
Give it a look. There is some really cool stuff on here. You can look at the WODs from every open, regional and games event. You might be seeing some of them come up in the future....
