Did you come workout last Thursday, December 3? If the answer is yes, then think about what you learned from that experience.
Did you go too heavy for your first set and have to back down?
Or maybe you started too light and ended up with tens of more pounds for your 4th set?
Or, did you not realize that you should breathe until your last set?

Whatever the case is, you get to use what you learned about last Thursday's experience and try again, but in the form of a front squat. Today your numbers will be less, typically our front squat numbers will be anywhere between 80-90% of our back squat. That 90% may be high, but it really will depend on your person, your mobility and your quality of squat.

If the answer to the above question is no, then you get a fresh, heavy WOD, solely based on strength. It's the only heavy day of programming this week, so get it in if you've been lacking some lifting lately.

Front Squat


Score will be total weight.

So if you did all 4 of your sets at 100 pounds, then your score will be 400.
