Wow, that was a great week of WODs! We have one of the more famous ones for you guys all set up for today. We will be performing "Cindy"! She is a fan favorite bodyweight WOD and you will definitely want to save your score for this one. The WOD is a 20 min AMRAP of 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups and 15 air squats. Typically the push ups are the hardest part for most people so make sure that you break them up appropriately. Last time I did this one I attempted to use the air squats to catch my breath ( if you can call it that) so that I could go hard during the remainder of the WOD. For those of you that are interested in learning butterfly pullups, today would be a great day to practice them because there aren't very many of them in a row. Carl has a great, concise 4pt video series that does a great job of explaining them. Take a look.

 

  

I had a few members suggest some videos for Funny Video Friday but apparently we have a twisted groupl of people that come here and I wasn't too comfortable showing the ones that they wanted (sorry Shannon and Cups) if you want to have a laugh you can youtube "Wine About It Episode 23" It actually is hilarious. Here is a great video of proper gym etiquette. I know that I'm guilty of at least a couple of these!
