Skill today: Romanian or "straight leg" Deadlifts. We will focus on smooth reps and some good time under tension here. Keep it TIGHT!
For the WOD we will be transitioning back over to normal Deadlifts. I want you to notice that there are no RX weights or heights today. We want you to pick something that you will be able to do safely and effectively. Challenge yourself!
