We <3 jerks. Clean and jerks that is! (does that sound like I'm trying to hard?) Anyway, today's WOD revolves around the clean&jerk, which is an Olympic lift. Here is a video of Natalie Burgener (yes, related to the infamous Mike Burgener who we pay tribute to a few times a week during the "Burgener warmup") coaching the clean and jerk. She's super sweet and soft spoken, but don't be fooled, she's a BEAST. And she knows what she's talking about!
Every 3 Minutes, Clean and Jerk x1. Rest/load bar the remainder of the 3 minutes

If you missed yesterday's post, I've assigned a little "homework" for you all. I just want to know the biggest change you've seen in your life since you started CrossFit. In the box, outside of the box, mentally, physically, whatever it may be. I've already received a few submissions which are amazing. Keep 'em coming! Email me at email@example.com with your answer. It doesn't have to be anything crazy, it can be just a few sentences long or however long you think you need to state the biggest change in your life.
