Okay, so maybe it's not once in a lifetime, I'm sure we'll hit you with the good-ol' double WOD again some other time. (maybe even a triple WOD?! Whaaaat?) Since they are short, and there is rest, make sure you keep the intensity up. Take a risk and go harder than you think you should, I think that you'll find you have more in your tank than you might think you do.
