This is considered to be "elite fitness in 100 words", and quite frankly is a good guideline for living life. I mean, you gotta love it, the first 2 words are "Eat meat"!!
We're all really familiar with most of these concepts; "Practice and train major lifts. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics. Routine is the enemy". These are all the basic principals of CrossFit, and they're practiced here in the gym every day. But what about that first part? Is that really how you should be eating?
The answer is YES! Even if you'd rather not believe it, fitness starts in the kitchen.

That is the basis of the Paleo diet. Don't know what that is yet? Do you even TALK to people at the box??!
But really, if you don't know about the Paleo diet, it's about time you get accustomed to it. It's quite honestly the best diet ever, I mean, what other diet allows you to eat bacon and eggs on the regular? Here's a great video that explains "paleo in a nutshell". (Get it? Nutshell?...(you can eat a lot of nuts on paleo))

We definitely encourage a paleo diet, or as close to it as made possible by your individual lifestyle. Many of you have heard this all before, but we're not giving up on trying to convince you! And for all of you new members, it's about time to get yourself familiarized with the incredible diet.
