Happy Monday! I bet not too many people you know could say they're happy about Mondays, but you can since you belong to the most awesome gym on the whole planet! 

 

Monday's are obviously super fun and exciting, but just like any other day, the warm-up is a key ingredient that must be taken seriously before you can start the fun part.  Here's a video that explains a warm up that we're all familiar with; the Burgener warm-up.  

 

 

Hopefully, this video reminds you all about just how important this series of movements are when dealing with the Olympic lifts.

Motivational Monday:

 

Here's a a video that shows America's sweetheart, Julie Foucher, finishing out her regional competition even though an injury stood in the way of her chance to make it to the games.  She persevered through it all and showed us what it's like to give it everything she's got!
