50 Thrusters (45)
Jackie is like Fran. It should be a pedal to the metal workout. The row is a great length to get you to push, but long enough to fatigue you some. The 50 thrusters are meant to be light, top athletes should be shooting for an unbroken set. Again, push. The pullups- same. If you know you've got efficient pullups, let's see unbroken, or finish in just 2 sets today.
Remember, intensity produces results. Keep this in mind today as you go into Jackie. Too much standing around time and you're defeating the purpose of today.
