A. Deadlift 7-7-7

B. 3 Rounds for time:
15 Deadlifts (155/105)
20 Jumping Lunges
15 Burpees

*For part A, we're looking for 3 heavy sets of 7. Use your numbers from your sets of 10 from last week as a guide for what you might be able to do. For part B, we're looking for a fast, light, quick burn to finish the class.
