That's right folks! It's time to run, and it's time to run FAST.  The WOD today involves some short sprints, followed by sit-ups.  We want to let you know the idea is NOT to use the run as recovery time.  Believe it or not, going fast on your run will SERIOUSLY improve your time for the WOD, and of course has tons of other benefits for your health and yada yada yada.

Whether you love running, hate running, or something in between, you have to admit; it is REALLY fun to move fast.  Just think of running as play, not a chore, and you'll start to fly!

"If one could run without getting tired I don’t think one would often want to do anything else."

C.S. Lewis

WOD:

4 rounds:

300m run

30 sit ups

haha Amy! :) I LOVE running fast! But I purposely, even though I was scared, forced myself to go tackle Isabel tonight and I have zero regrets. Thanks for the great coaching, Ben and thank you Jody for secretly videoing me so I was able to check out my form. I'm a twice a weeker, otherwise I'd give up yoga night and be here to run fast and crush this WOD. ;)
