Workout of the Day

5 Rounds, for time:
100 Ft. Handstand Walk
30 Alternating Single Leg Squats

20 Minute CAP


Here are some ways we could scale this workout:

5  Rounds:
15 Right Arm DB Shoulder to Overhead (50/35)
15 Left Arm DB Shoulder to Overhead
30 Alternating Single Leg Squats
*I like this version because the single arm DB work is great for building stability around the shoulder joint, which is a must pre-requisite for handstand walking.

OR:

5 Rounds:
3 Wall Walks
20 Alternating Single Leg Squats
*I like this version for anyone who is comfortable going upside down and wants to work on keeping a solid hollow position while shifting weight to walk forward and backward. Scaling pistol reps is always an option for this workout as well. 

OR some variation that you and your coach select that is appropriate to you and your goals.
