Workout of the Day

For Time:

*Today should be light and fast and safe. A requirement of the workout is to complete each set of 10 clean and jerks unbroken, so keeping your hands on the bar through the whole ten. I want you to be sure you're using a light enough weight to be able to do that with, but still have an element of challenge with it. It won't be enjoyable after rep 6 or 7. See if you can push off the discomfort and talk yourself through it to finish. You also should be running at a pace that will keep the intensity high, but allow you a tiny bit of recovery before you pick the bar up again. If you can move your clean and jerks with ease, then run faster. Today is a good training day.
