Happy Hump Day!!
I've been sitting here at the computer for quite a bit now, trying to make the words flow from my brain to my fingers and onto the screen. A conversation that I had with Dana yesterday got me thinking about a lot of things. I've been talking about goals quite a bit lately, as a lot of people are this time of year. But the difficult part of the whole goal-setting/achieving process is not deciding what you wish you could do; it's deciding to make that goal a priority. Does it really matter to you as much as you might say? The proof will be in your actions.
Since the brain--> fingers-->computer screen flow isn't happening for me today, I'll let someone else talk about this topic: Lisbeth Darsh. If you haven't heard of "words with Lisbeth" (formally known as CrossFit Lisbeth), it's about time you do! This specific blog of hers was a perfect thing for me to stumble upon during my contemplation, and I hope it helps you too!
