If you have time today or this week, this podcast will give you some good things to think about. At our most recent staff meeting, we discussed how these ideas apply to our members in our classes (you guys!) and how we can ensure a good balance of practicing, training, and competition. Workout of the Day


5 Attempts at each:

50 Ft. Broad Jump, in as few jumps as possible

3 Strict Pullups, as slow as possible

Max Reps Unbroken Toes to Bar

Scores will be: 1) number of jumps for best 50 Ft, 2) best (slowest) time for pullups, and 3) total repetitions for toes to bar
