When it comes to supplements, just stick to the basics! 😎 # Whey/casein are great. Whey is best around training. Casein is better for nighttime. If you can't do dairy, subbing in another protein powder is fine (beef, egg white, soy, etc). # Creatine monohydrate is another tried and true supplement. It won't make or break your diet, but can have some small benefits. Lots of research behind it too! Other types of creatine aren't as good as monohydrate. # Caffeine is another good one. It has lots of evidence behind its proven effects.
