Get ready for a fun day of play!! And I don't mean just wearing sombreros and drinking tequila (even though it is paleo!), I mean a fun day of gymnastics-style play!  That's right, before you get all crazy like those cats up there, you should stop on by and try your hand at some fun signature CrossFit gymnastics movements.  Here's a couple hints for what's to come today.

And for those of you who are up for celebrating afterwards (and why wouldn't you be? You deserve it after those snatches yesterday!) Here's the recipe for the famous NorCal-- a paleo "adult" drink made with 100% agave tequila...party on paleo style!


 

I know it's Tuesday, long past "motivational Monday" but I felt like I needed to share this video with you guys today.  It really has nothing to do with CrossFit, but for all of you out there with even just a shred of interest in running, you gotta check out the exciting events that occurred this past weekend at the world relays in the Bahamas.  U-S-A. U-S-A.   These guys are CRAZY fast. If you take this weekend's running clinic at 7VCF, you'll be able to run just like them!*
