Whoa! I just wrote "2015" in the date for the first time since the new year.  I can't believe it's 2015 already!!

 

Being the new year and all, it is a very popular custom for people to decide on a new year's resolution to aid with self improvement.  This unfortunately usually ends with gym memberships that are rarely used and broken dreams of the latest diet craze.  I want YOU to put an end to the cliche new year's resolution cycle.  Make this years' resolution to keep making resolutions throughout the year.  We are progressive people, and that means that we should continue to make goals as our year goes on.  365 days is a very long time and a lot can happen in that time.  Sure, this is a great starting point, but you need to be able to adjust and adapt to any situations that are thrown your way.  So when you're brainstorming positive healthy lifestyle changes that you can add this year, don't be vague. You only get one body and it works hard every day to keep you alive and well.  Give it the attention it deserves!  Be specific with goals, and don't be afraid to revisit those goals and adjust as needed.  Let's make 2015 the greatest year yet!
