Workout of the Day

5 Rounds

1 Minute Max Effort Calorie Row or Bike
Turkish Get Ups (50/35)

RX- Men will complete 40 total reps per round.  Women will complete 30 total reps per round. This means, that if you are a man and you row 32 calories in the minute, you have 8 Turkish Get Ups to do to complete the round.

Score is total calories completed.
