Workout of the Day


For Max Reps

Tabata Calorie Row-

Rest 1 Minute

Tabata Double Unders

Rest 1 Minute

Tabata Burpees

Rest 1 Minute

Tabata Tuck Ups

Each tabata will be 4 minutes in length of 20s work followed by 10s rest intervals. You will accumulate as many reps at each movement in the 20 second work intervals as you can.

Friday, April 6th @ 5:30pm the class will focus on Festivus Games workouts, prep, strategy, etc. Anyone is welcome to come as usual, but just be aware that this is the plan for the entire class, whether you're doing Festivus or not. If you ARE signed up for Festivus Games, please come, this class is for you specifically!
