Happy 4th of July!!
First of all, as a reminder: There will be only three classes held this morning; at 5:30, 6:30 and 8:00am. However, we will be admitting more than 10 people to the 8am class, so feel free to put yourself on the wait list so that we can "bump you in" manually.
In honor of independence day, we are doing a "Hero WOD" to honor a fallen soldier who gave his life for our independence. This hero is named Edwardo Loredo. Below is his picture and brief bio, taken off the CrossFit main site. If you'd like to read more about him, click here.
