The Open begins in 20 days. Start thinking about what you'll need to make the competition enjoyable for YOU. Equipment commonly found in CrossFit gyms will be needed for some of the workouts. If you don't have some equipment, think of creative ways to work with people in your community to share space and throw down. The weeks leading up to competition provide an opportunity to prepare and set intentions. - • Are you in it just for fun, a top spot, or a blend of both? • Is the plan to go Rx'd and scale the workouts you need to? • Do you want to talk to your coach to set measurable goals? • Is this a good time to dial in your nutrition, training and routine?
