4 Rounds, each for time

500 M. Row
15 Push Press (95/65)
10 Chest to Bar Pullups

Rest as needed between rounds.

This should feel similar (but not quite as awful) to last Thursday's workout. We're looking for light weight and high intensity today. If chin over bar pull ups or even jumping chest to bar will allow you to preserve the intensity to finish each round quickly, scale to be able to keep the stimulus.
