A. Split Jerk
*Weights for all sets of 3 will be kept to working weights to focus on mechanics of the lift. We are not going for a 3 rep max today.
B. 2 Rounds for time
10 Push Jerks (135/95)
*Pick a weight that you can do 10 unbroken with, even when tired. This needs to be a fast, nasty burner.
