Happy Monday! To kick-start this week we give you the first ever "Motivational-Monday" video! We tend to focus a lot on the elite athletes that CrossFit produces; the competitors that are so inspiring, but may not always seem human.  They are great people to look up to, but there's more than that to inspire us.  How about the every day people who just want to be healthier, stronger, more confident?  What is CrossFit to you and why do you do it?
