Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream!


Ahh, that song makes rowing seem so peaceful! Unfortunately, for most of us, it's more of a nightmare than a dream.  During today's class they'll be some rowing going on, and hopefully these tips will help you to be more relaxed and efficient instead of tense and crazed.
