There were many of you that had some great success with HSPU during 16.4 so we decided to throw a WOD at you that doesn't make you try and perform 55 in a row. Sounds pretty good right?! Before the WOD today we will be doing a little bit of posterior chain work with 4 sets of 10 deadlifts and then we will be continuing that work in the WOD with some heavier KB swings. We want todays WOD to be very FAST so make sure that you have a setup that will facilitate that
