Workout of the Day

Every 3 Minutes for 18 Minutes (6 Rounds)

10 Clean and Jerk (unbroken)
10 Burpees over the bar
as fast as possible.

The quicker you go, the more rest you'll get before the next round. And, the more adaptations your body will go through to make you fitter! Win. Win.
