Workout of the Day

3 attempts at each of the following:

1. Max Reps L-Pullups
2. Max Distance Handstand Walk
3. Max Time L-Sit

An alternate, lower skill, but still as challenging- version of this workout could be the following:

3 attempts at each of the following:

1. Max Reps Horizontal Ring Rows
2. Max Distance Double Overhead Dumbbell Walk
3. Max Time Plank Hold

Or, any combination of the above movements that is appropriate for you.
