2. Pick your BONUS habit for the week. You'll start this on Tuesday with the Veggies! It can be something you want to change or a new habit to start. 

3. As usual, don't forget to sign up for classes in Zen Planner. It keeps us informed and ready for who is coming AND helps keep you accountable- making it part of your schedule is a MUST if you aim to be consistent!
