Workout of the Day
For Time:
500 Double Unders
*In 4 sets or fewer: get as close as possible to completing 500 reps of double unders.
Every time you trip on the rope, complete 30 SitUps.
Rest as needed to ensure maximum output each set.
20 Minute TIMECAP.
Score will be time it takes to complete the task, or if you can not complete 500 DU in 4 sets, score will be the total reps you do get.
