Workout of the Day

15-12-9

Deadlift (2x bodyweight)
Strict Press (3/4 bodyweight)

*If you're also like me here, looking at the prescribed weights, you might be saying, "whoa baby that's so heavy! Today is meant to be a heavy day, so we're taking the time element out of this and striving to just get the work done. Yes, you will have two bars and yes you'll be expected to scale the weight to something you can do those reps with. Break up your sets, for sure and keep it clean. Try to pick a weight for each movement and stick with it until completion.
