It can be confusing trying to be healthy with all of the bogus claims out there. # Everyone claims their type of exercise and diet is the healthiest, and everyone else is compromising their health. # It's easy to feel lost and overwhelmed. So what you should do? # This is some very basic advice that will go a long ways in being overall as healthy as you can be. Yes, it's not fancy. But it's the truth! # You don't need anything special to be healthy. If you want to the healthiest you can humanly be, then things can get a bit more complex. But for the most part following this will be more than sufficient for the vast majority.
