Throwback Wednesday! Yea, it's a thing!
Two years ago, on July 28, 2013 just before Mike and I opened the doors of Seven Valley CrossFit, we started training some friends and family at Beaudry Park on Sunday mornings. We charged everyone $5 per workout, rain or shine. With that $5 we bought dumb bells (some of the ones at the gym now), jumpropes, and materials to make those sweet tire sleds that we still have at the gym. We borrowed some cinder blocks for weights and got the tractor tires donated to us from some local farmers. Anyway, we usually had between 6-12 people show up weekly to workout and by the end of the summer we had quite a crew that were ready to storm the doors on Day 1 of Seven Valley CrossFit.

There's a pretty good chance this partner WOD may show up on a Saturday in the near future, maybe no cinder blocks this time tho ;-)
And....drumroll please...because we've got a lot already asking for it... Week 2 of the Dog Days of Summer Fitness Challenges will be....
