Congratulations to our own in-house champion of the first Dog Days of Summer challenge...
She kicked butt in this WOD. It was a close race, with the top 3 finishers within 6 reps of one another, and the second place only getting edged out by one rep! Congrats to all who completed the challenge, and don't forget to look in the mirror to find your new six pack.

Front squats are a relatively simple movement, but that doesn't mean that they are easy. The most common thing that increases the difficulty of a front squat is lack of "front rack mobility". For a few exercises and stretches you can do to improve your mobility, watch here.
