If you're competing in the open, here's what you gotta do!
A. Go to games.crossfit.com and log-in to submit your score
B. If you're not sure of your exact score, contact your team captain because they have your Scoresheets!
C. Eat well, sleep well and get ready for 15.2 or 15.2A, 15.2B, 15.2C, etc...
I know tonight was a little hectic as we got rolling. Something that would help for next week:
#1 check out the movement standards for both divisions (scaled AND RX) ahead of time. You may end up judging someone in another division. You can find the movement standards on the score sheets. The score-sheets we used tonight we printed right off from games.crossfit.com
#2 Help keep equipment/plates organized so that we don't have someone scrambling for plates mid-wod.
#3 Bring some TEAM SPIRIT and captains, get your team organized at some point in the night for a team photo!
