Workout of the Day
Every 3 Minutes, for 6 Rounds:
24 Squats
24 PushUps
24 Lunges
*The goal is to go as fast as you can through the round, then rest until the next 3 Minutes starts. Consistent fast rounds is key here. If you think you can go sub 1 Minute each round, wear a weight vest. If you are taking longer than 2 Minutes, cut some reps of the movement that slows you down the most.
