Alright, so some of you have taken me up on the "homework" I assigned a few weeks ago.  Since today is "transformation Tuesday", I will share a sneak-peak of the testimonies.  Here is a great example of a quick write-up that does the job of explaining "a change that you see in your outside life after starting CrossFit" perfectly.

 

"If I'm honest, my biggest change is that I feel far less compelled to drink alcohol on the regular. Being fit in general, and doing crossfit in particular, frames my diet and hydration habits differently. When I've already had a gallon of water, several healthy paleo-esque meals, and just kicked my own ass at the box, I feel zero compulsion to have a gin and tonic nightcap, which then leads to a healthier morning, another healthy day, etc."

 

I couldn't have said it better myself! I hope most of you have realized by now the "chain reaction" that just one healthy choice can start.  Make good choices first thing in the morning and they'll be likely to stick with you throughout the day.  By the way, I'm still accepting the homework!!
