Are you up for some fun fitness challenges?!
If you didn't know by now, we're all about testing ourselves. Testing our strengths, weaknesses, and everything in between...So, here we go, get ready for the 2nd annual Dog Days of Summer Fitness Challenges! These will be weekly challenges throughout the month of August. There will be a different challenge each week and you can pick and choose which you'd like to do or just do them all! Here's what you gotta do.
1. Check out the online calendar with the month's worth of challenges!
2. Sign up for the challenges. You can pick and choose or you can sign up for all 5 and get a discount, woohoo!
3. Choose any open gym time during the week to complete your challenge!
4. Save the date of September 18th @ 7pm for the awards ceremony and celebration of your fitness!
**The challenges will be short tests of fitness. This includes, cardiovascular capacity, strength, stamina, agility, accuracy and speed. Whoa! That's right, all of the above will be tested in just 5 short workouts.
**There will be 3 winners each week! This is different than last year! Prizes will be unique and one of a kind- and only available to the top 3 winners of each week.
**There will be 1 REPEAT wod of last summer!
**Challenges will be accessible to everyone!
