Rich Froning and Camille Leblanc-Bazinet are the FITTEST MAN AND WOMAN ON EARTH.  They were crowned the winners of this year's CrossFit Games last night after a weekend of BRUTAL workouts.  They are both so deserving of the title!

What are we supposed to do know with no leaderboard to stalk?! Don't worry if you missed the action, go on over to games.crossfit.com to watch the update shows and recaps.  Also, they will be airing a post production show about the games just as they have done in previous years.  This will be on ESPN, more details to come.

Each and every athlete at the games is amazing and inspiring.  And one thing that they all have in common is that they don't do what we call "cherry picking".  This is when someone sees the workout and decides not to go that day because they don't like the movements.  This is NOT what CrossFit is about.  If you were to ask any of the games athletes what they do to improve their training, I guarantee that they will say that they work on their weaknesses.  It is the only way that they can make it to where they are, and really the only way to be a fully rounded CrossFit athlete.

It's awesome that "Cherry picking" doesn't seem to be too common with you guys, but we're all guilty of it once in a while.  Remember that working on your weaknesses will turn them into your strengths!
