Workout of the Day

"Team Chelsea"

In Teams of 2:
30 Minute EMOM

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats

Partners will alternate rounds. Your individual goal for this workout is to go as hard as you can when its your turn. Your team goal is to have fun and enjoy the people you're in class with today.
