If Bruce Lee says it, you should listen!  

Mobility is an important aspect of working out.  "Flexibility" is one of the 10 domains of CrossFit, and it is unfortunately often ignored.  Without the mobility, it is difficult for an athlete to hit the standards for many movements.  Mobility also helps prevent injuries.  Far too many people put mobility on the back burner when it belongs front and center!  Think about how it feels to stretch when you're tight or sore; it hurts so good!

 

If you're someone who loves taking time on mobility, or someone who does not but knows that you should, you should come to the Mobility Clinic at 7VCF! You can learn all sorts of different ways to take care of yourself in and out of the gym.  Thursday, June 11th from 7:30pm until 9pm. Be there, I promise you won't regret it.

14 Minute every minute on the minute:

10 Burpees

Rest 5 Minutes

100 Situps for time
