Workout of The Day

"Barbell Tabata"

Deadlift (185/125)
Hang Power Clean (135/95)
Front Squats (85/60)
Push Press (65/45)

You'll do 8 rounds of one movement (20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) before moving on to the next movement. You have 1 minute rest between each tabata to change weights. Your goal today is quick barbell cycling to stay working through each round of the 20 seconds as much as possible.
