BOO! 

Scared ya didn't I?  I know Halloween's not until Friday, but I can't help getting in the spirit a little early!  Speaking of Friday, we're gonna turn this gym into the "little box of horrors" and ask all of you to wear a costume when you come workout.  It'll be spook-tacular.

 

 

Today's WOD includes double unders.  For those of you who were here with us through last winter, you probably remember that the lack of rowers and the freezing Cortland weather left us doing A LOT of double unders.  I view that as a blessing in disguise. Honestly, and I'm not just saying this cause I love you guys, but our members are pretty awesome at double unders because of how often they make appearances in our WODs.  Because they do come up so often, many of you have made goals that revolve around double unders, and that's AWESOME.  So for those of you who are trying to string many together, or for those who are working on getting their first ones, this video will hopefully help you out.  It points out some of the very basic, yet often forgotten, rules for double unders.

 

 

WOD:

3 rounds:

25 reverse lunge steps (95/65)

25 box jumps

25 shoulder to overhead

25 double unders
