Workout of the Day

AMRAP 45:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes of:
Run 800 meters
10 deadlifts (315/220)
Run 800 meters
50 sit-ups

Scaling this WOD
This workout requires steady output and pacing. Find a load for the deadlift that is challenging but not so heavy that the points of performance are unable to be maintained.

If suggested loads are too heavy, consider using approximately 70% of your deadlift 1RM as a guideline.
