The Tire Sled.

I'm sad. Summer is nearing its end, at least for teachers and students. But also for the season of doing WODs outside. I'm sad because we didn't program nearly enough with the tires this season. All the rain in the beginning (May/June) kind of threw our outside programming off a bit, but no excuses. The big tires are great for flipping, jumping on, hitting, rolling, etc. But the small tires are just as fun. Remember that ONE wod back in July with the sled pulls and the lunges?

Today you'll get a little more tire action with some dragging. This means you'll use the short rope, wrap it around your waist and run your way down the street with the small tire sled (and a weight) behind you.

There will be 2 wods today.

WOD A.
For Time:
300 M. Sled Drag (35/45)
Rest
WOD B.
"Annie"
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Situps
Annie will have a timecap.

*IF YOU'RE DOING THE WEEK 4 DOG DAYS CHALLENGE- we will use Friday of this week during the 4:30pm and 6:30pm class time as some "extra" open gym for you to complete your challenge. Those classes are generally small, so there should be enough space and equipment. But, you MUST bring your own judge, as our Friday night coaches will be busy still coaching the regular classes during that time. If you're coming, please be respectful of the athletes/coach doing the regular classes during those times. Thanks! Good luck!
