Congrats to all of the AMAZING athletes who completed "Murph" yesterday! (The picture is missing a few of those athletes)  This was a brutal WOD, but it was done for the right reasons; to honor an American hero.  Just in case you still haven't heard of Lt. Michael Murphy, just watch this.
